1.The major wall panel’s thickness is 120mm, and its max pressure is 600 Tons, so as to meet deep embossing demand.
2.It have 12 sets individually adjustable heating zone for embossing.
3.The dwell delay and finalize function make the deep embossing appearance better.
4.Electric front lay are equipped with 4 fiber optic  detector switch to ensure the accuracy of paper in right position.
5.Side lay can be used for both pull and push, and equipped with fiber optic detector to ensure accuracy.
6. The machine can automatic adjust the lifting pressure on the screen, and the pressure shows on the screen.
7.The main rotation is driven by a worm gear, which is connected by means of crankshaft, swing rod, connecting rod and bearing pad.
8.In order to complete the conversion between deep embossing and die-cutting functions, the hot-pressed honeycomb plate and die-cutting knife template frames are interchangeable.
9.It is equipped with a constant temperature oil cooling system, which can ensure the constant temperature and stable pressure of each joint in the main drive.
10.Each oil circuit is equipped with an oil speed and flow detection switch. When the oil pressure is low or no oil, it will automatically alarm and stop.
